Ralph Palmer is certified by the Minnesota Supreme Court as a Qualified ADR Neutral. Throughout his career, Mr. Palmer has participated in over 500 mediations. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants; and has recently begun serving as mediator.
Mr. Palmer is unique in that he continues to try jury trials. This has allowed him to stay current with the typical issues that face trial lawyers. Mr. Palmer will typically schedule only one mediation per day. Mr. Palmer is willing to travel to mutually agreed upon locations to handle mediations.
